Weekend Inspiration: EatPlayLove Cafe
Looking for a kids-friendly place to hang out over the weekend?
Perhaps you would like to check out Eat Play Love Cafe!
This is one kids-friendly café, it is also a great place to dine
& hangout with your friends. You can enjoy some crafty after dinner
entertainment right in the café too! [you don't have to be very creative, just
have fun!]
You can make your very own hand puppet..
Or one of these adorable sock monkeys!
Old school tidbits that bring back fond memories of growing up in
the 80's and 90's!
Very retro Green Spot orange juice and fizzy drinks in glass
bottles!
Eat Play Love Café serves mostly Thai-Western fusion food.
Mango Salsa Fish [S$10.50]
The grilled fish was juicy and tender and paired with mango salsa
& chips - very flavourful!
Basil Chicken with Rice [S$8.00]
Mango Sticky Delight [S$7.50]
We had to try the tiramisu from The Tiramisu Hero!
These are non-alcoholic so it is quite different from your regular
tiramisu.
After your meal you can try your hand on the crafts mentioned
above [sock monkey, hand puppet] or try making your own jewellery with Shrink
Plastic!
Try making pendants, earrings, charm bracelets, hair pins, phone
accessories… the possibilities are endless! No worries if you can’t draw
freehand- there are templates and instruction books in the corner that you can
borrow to help you along with your designs!
We had a good time making Shrink Plastic key chains, old school
fun!
Here’s one of our ‘masterpieces’:
All in all, Eat Play Love Café is indeed a wonderful place to
create good memories with your loved ones.
Check them out!
